As a SaaS Deployment & Support Specialist you will work directly with clients to help them understand and realize the benefits of modern cloud computing services. This position requires the ability to learn and understand technical aspects of multiple Software-as-a-Service technologies from Google, RingCentral, Dropbox, Microsoft and others. You will also be expected to be comfortable with in-person and web-based client conversations.
